We are excited to share a fantastic opening with a highly respected Legal 500 firm in Manchester – a practice renowned for its exceptional legal expertise, award-winning client service, and dynamic, supportive culture.
As part of their continued growth, the Civil Litigation team is looking for a talented Associate / Solicitor to handle a broad and engaging caseload across the full spectrum of Civil and Commercial Litigation. You’ll work closely with leading lawyers in the field, advising an impressive mix of insurance and non-insurance clients on matters including:
* Breach of contract
* Property and boundary disputes
* Complex multi-party cases
With a steady pipeline of high-quality instructions, this is an opportunity to make a tangible impact while developing long-term client relationships. The role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to work on technically interesting cases in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
The Candidate
* NQ - 3 years’ PQE in Civil and/or Commercial Litigation
* Strong working knowledge of the CPR
* Proven ability to manage a busy, varied caseload
* Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
* A client-focused mindset with exceptional communication skills
* The confidence to mentor and support junior colleagues
* Flexibility and adaptability to respond to diverse client needs
