This Marketing Executive role supports a flexible hybrid work policy, with employees spending three days in the office and two days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage and deliver omni-channel campaigns to the UK & I market.
* Research industry and technology trends that drive digital performance.
* Write engaging and informative blog content and press releases.
* Build relationships with local associations, exhibition and press organisations.
* Book and manage industry events and exhibitions.
* Sourcing advertising opportunities and liaising with industry publications.
* Write and distribute press releases liaison with media stakeholders.
* Create enticing website content, with fresh ideas being explored.
* Create forward-thinking campaigns and monitor and evaluate their performance.
* Reach out to happy customers for testimonials & reviews.
* Work closely with the design team on an array of projects.
* Organise and attend trade shows (travel may be required).
* Write and proofread copy for print and digital material.
* Run social media campaigns, create engaging content and schedule posts.
* Be actively involved in SEO efforts & help manage our Google Ads account.
* Monitor progress of campaigns and report on performance.
* Collaborate on ABM and prospecting strategies.
* Work with the sales and marketing team to maintain accurate & up-to-date data.
* Generate high-quality website traffic and drive digital conversions.
* Bring new, exciting & creative ideas to the table.
* Ensure the brand is continually unified and improved.
Essential
* At least 2 years of experience in a marketing executive or assistant role.
* Self‑motivated with a positive can‑do attitude.
* Good teamwork skills.
* Strong written and communication skills.
* Great organisation, time‑management and planning skills.
* Social media awareness, interest and knowledge.
* Ability to report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
* Great data management.
* Good research and presentation skills.
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to get stuck in.
* Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
* BSc/BA in marketing, business or relevant discipline.
* Experience using marketing software/tools such as Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, CRM.
* Knowledge of ERP or business IT systems.
