In this role, youll play a key part in supporting advisers and guiding clients smoothly through their mortgage journey, from first contact right through to completion.
Youll be the go-to person ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes while delivering excellent customer service.
What youll be doing:
* Managing cases end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and timely experience for clients
* Supporting new business leads from estate agents, including prompt follow-ups and accurate record keeping
* Acting as a central point of contact for clients, lenders, estate agents, and other stakeholders
* Building strong relationships through regular communication and high-quality service
* Keeping systems up to date using internal tools and back-office platforms
* Handling general office admin such as calls, diary management, and day-to-day organisation
* Producing accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
* Staying up to date with required training and compliance standards
