Salary to £80k + Package and Subsistence
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a major infrastructure project at Sizewell C, one of the UK's most significant construction programmes.
Working as part of a dedicated project team, you will play a key role in promoting a positive health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements, and supporting the safe delivery of complex construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive health and safety advice and support to project teams.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and behavioural safety observations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety plans, procedures, and risk controls.
- Support incident investigations and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.
- Monitor compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and project requirements.
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness campaigns.
