MacGregor Black is partnering with a global consumer brand in search of a European Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth across multiple international distributor markets, with a focus on Southern and Northern Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build market-specific commercial plans and growth strategies
* Lead weekly touchpoints with distributors
* Drive promotional strategy, NPD prioritisation, investment and ROI
* Analyse performance and financials to influence distributor activity and outcomes
* Hold partners to account through structured planning and reporting
* Localise global campaigns and challenge when plans are not fit for market
* Ensure brand consistency and protect activation quality across all markets
* Monitor consumer and category KPIs to shape strategy and priorities
* Work closely with global marketing, insight, supply chain and legal teams
* Become the internal expert on distributor performance, competition and category dynamics
* Present market results, strategic recommendations and activation updates to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience leading commercial and/or marketing delivery across multi-market Europe
* Proven success working with distributors or indirect route-to-market models
* Highly analytical — strong command of numbers, KPIs and financial levers
* Confident, resilient and able to challenge constructively
* Strong storyteller and presenter with executive-level communication skills
* Autonomous, proactive and motivated by pace, impact and ownership
* Passion for brands and consumer products
* Additional languages, especially Italian, Spanish or Portuguese, are highly advantageous
