Job Details Employer: Alliance Healthcare Location: Dagenham CDC based RM9 6RH Hours per week : 37.5hrs per week Days of work: Monday to Friday Hours of work:0600-1400 / 0700-1500 flexible £12.21 per hour Primary Purpose of the Role: The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that the site maintains a fleet of vehicles that meets industry-leading standards for roadworthiness, legal compliance, customer service, innovation, and cost efficiency. This role is essential for ensuring full legal compliance with tachograph regulations. Reporting directly to the Compliance FLM, you will be accountable for all service bookings and the maintenance of vehicle files. General Accountabilities: The general responsibilities of the role, against which performance will be measured, include: Assisting the site in meeting legal, regulatory, and national standards related to fleet safety, vehicle security, and tachograph compliance. Maintaining the online vehicle service planners. Building relationships with service providers, regulatory bodies, internal customers, and external partners. Implementing tachograph control procedures to ensure 100% regulatory compliance. Managing Microlise for fleet and driver performance. Providing feedback to the senior team regarding Microlise and tachograph infringements. Assisting with all aspects of health and safety compliance on-site, including risk assessments, SSOWs, SOPs, and related training. Local Accountabilities: Local responsibilities associated with the role, against which performance will be measured, include: Managing vehicle maintenance. Overseeing MHE maintenance. Ensuring training records are updated. Managing tachograph controls and addressing infringements. Ensuring strict adherence to legal compliance and company policies.
