Job Description
3. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded.
4. Reconcile accounts, including bank and supplier reconciliations.
5. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
6. Assist in preparing financial reports for the Accounting & Finance department.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
8. Provide support during audits and assist with resolving any discrepancies.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
10. Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Bookkeeper should have:
11. Experience in bookkeeping.
12. Proficiency using NetSuite.
13. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
14. A solid understanding of financial principles and practices.
15. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
