Business Analyst with Oracle CRM Systems – Milton Keynes
Our client is keen to recruit a seasoned Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years of proven experience working on projects with an understanding of the full project life-cycle.
The candidate must demonstrate excellent business analysis skills, coupled with effective techniques and ideally some methodology experience.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience working with a CRM system is required, preferably with Oracle CRM, although other CRM systems will be considered.
The ideal candidate should be confident in working with stakeholders, guiding and leading them to successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Analyzing business structures, including integration between Marketing, Finance, and Education sectors.
* Understanding how the business utilizes technology and aligning it with organizational goals.
* Conducting As-Is and To-Be process mapping.
* Identifying problems within the business using data modeling techniques and process flows.
* Streamlining processes for efficiency.
* Managing documentation effectively.
* Communicating with senior management and stakeholders.
* Aligning stakeholders on the benefits of new technology, strategies, or processes.
* Running workshops and training sessions to ensure understanding and buy-in.
Knowledge in the following areas is advantageous:
* Finance systems and integration, especially within the education sector.
* Marketing and admissions processes.
* Year-over-year management of enrolled children and existing pupils.
* Educational technology and Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs).
The role is based in Milton Keynes with occasional travel. Salary is dependent on experience, likely ranging from £40,000 to £55,000.
