Occupational Health Advisor Location: Southampton (occasional travel to client sites) Contract: Full time, permanent Salary: Market leading, depending upon experience We are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an Occupational Health Advisor to join a welcoming, highly professional and client-focused Occupational Health team. This is a permanent role based in Southampton, with some travel to client sites. You’ll work both independently and as part of a supportive team, delivering a high-quality Occupational Health service and building positive relationships with clients and employees. The Role * Manage management referrals and produce clear, professional reports * Deliver health surveillance, statutory medicals, DSE assessments and health screening * Refer cases to Occupational Health Physicians when needed * Work closely with HR, Line Managers and Health & Safety teams * Maintain accurate records, confidentiality and clinical standards About You * Registered Adult Nurse with active NMC registration * Minimum two years’ post-registration experience * Occupational Health qualification * Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach * Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, client-focused team This is a great opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor who values quality, teamwork and strong client relationships.
