Join to apply for the Personal Assistant role at NHS Borders. This permanent post is for the Director of Human Resources, Organisational Development and Occupational Health & Safety and is based in the NHS Borders, Headquarters on the Borders General Hospital site.
Responsibilities
* Provide high quality confidential administrative and business support to the Director of HR, OD & OH&S, linking with the wider organisation, managing competing demands and undertaking delegated projects.
* Prioritise the Director’s incoming workload, triage emails and highlight priorities; diary management; work collaboratively with other Board Executive Team PAs.
* Proactively manage and action a broad range of complex tasks, ensure follow up actions are taken, keep track of daily actions and deadlines, and pre-empt needs.
* Organise meetings, issue agendas and papers, produce formal minutes and action notes, and follow up actions between meetings.
* Prepare internal/external correspondence, papers and presentations in a timely and accurate manner.
* Provide admin support to the Whistleblowing function.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and O365.
