Job Overview
This role involves identifying and pursuing new sales prospects within existing or untapped markets. Responsibilities include gathering market intelligence, generating leads, developing proposals and campaigns to attract new business, and ensuring a steady flow of new revenues. The role requires knowledge of markets, industries, and clients to determine demand, trends, and potential projects. Activities include working with pre-developed lead lists to generate business and identify new customer prospects.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage customers in the lobby to assist, educate, and train on self-service technologies.
* Participate in weekly partnership meetings and joint calls with branch partners.
* Source new customers through outbound calling, referrals, lobby engagement, and branch partnerships.
* Create customized solutions for clients to help achieve their financial goals.
* Connect customers to appropriate partners to meet their needs and drive revenue growth.
* Manage risk proactively in all transactions using available tools.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Finance, or related field (preferred).
* At least 3 years of experience selling products/services in incentive-based environments.
* Six months of cash handling experience (preferred).
Skills and Abilities
* Strong relationship-building skills with teammates, partners, and clients.
* Excellent consultative, needs analysis, and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to conduct needs-based sales conversations and demonstrate financial acumen.
Additional Information
* Salary range: $38,250 - $59,000 annually, based on skills and experience.
