Account Director – Social Commerce / Paid Social
London (4 days in-office) | £75,000–£85,000 + extras
We’re partnering with a fast-growing social commerce business helping brands succeed on platforms like TikTok Shop - managing everything from creative content to live shopping, logistics, and performance. They’ve scaled to 30+ people in just 18 months and are now looking for an Account Director to bring structure, leadership, and commercial focus to their client team.
This is a key hire as the business matures. You’ll take ownership of a group of brand accounts, lead a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, and create the frameworks that keep delivery consistent as they grow.
The opportunity
* Lead a team of AMs/SAMs - setting direction, developing talent, and ensuring strong client outcomes.
* Oversee performance across multiple accounts, reporting on ROI and commercial growth.
* Create clarity and structure in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
* Act as the senior escalation point for clients - solving problems, shaping strategy, and building long-term relationships.
* Collaborate with leadership on how account management scales across the business.
What we’re looking for
* Experience at Account Director level within a digital, paid social, or eCommerce-focused agency.
* Strong commercial mindset - comfortable discussing ROI, margins, and P&L.
* Proven track record leading teams and developing people.
* Confident managing senior client relationships and steering high-value accounts.
* Able to bring process, polish, and accountability to a young, ambitious team.
