We are looking for qualified Childcare Practitioners to work in a friendly, nurturing nursery in Cardiff, where children’s curiosity, creativity, and wellbeing come first.

The Role
You will work with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, helping to create a calm, welcoming, and safe environment where every child feels valued, secure, and inspired to learn.
As a senior practitioner, you will:
* Act as a positive role model for staff and children
* Deliver high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework
* Build strong relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
* Support children’s learning, development, and independence
* Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements
* Hold a Level 2/3 qualification in Children’s Care, Play, Learning and Development (CCPLD) or Early Years Practitioner Status
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Welsh speaking is desirable but not essential
