We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager for Leisure and Spa. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our leisure facilities and spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and adherence to health and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Salary: £28,000 per annum

As a Deputy Leisure and Spa Manager you will:
* Assist in the overall
management of the leisure and spa facilities, including pools, fitness
areas, treatment rooms, and relaxation areas.
* Oversee the daily
operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities and equipment.
* Monitor and maintain
cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with industry
regulations.
* Supervise and motivate
a team of leisure and spa team leaders, leisure attendants, fitness
instructors, spa therapists, and receptionists.
* Provide guidance,
training, and performance feedback to team members to ensure high levels
of service delivery.
* Assist in budget
planning and financial management for the leisure and spa departments.
* Monitor revenue
streams, expenses, and profitability, implementing strategies to maximize
revenue and minimize costs.
* Ensure compliance with
health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the leisure and spa
facilities.
* Conduct regular
inspections and risk assessments, addressing any safety concerns or
hazards promptly.
What you will bring:
* Previous experience in a
supervisory or managerial role within the leisure, spa, or hospitality
industry.
* Strong leadership skills
with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
* Excellent interpersonal
and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
* Sound knowledge of
leisure and spa operations, including facility management, guest services,
and industry trends.
* Proficiency in
budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management.
* Flexibility to work
evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
