Job specification:
We're looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our ongoing customer relations and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Call and follow up with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
* Monitor and investigate potential customer or revenue leakage, and take appropriate action.
* Assist with customer retention efforts through regular, structured communication.
What We're Looking For:
* Prior experience in customer service, account management, or sales support.
* Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner.
* Ability to manage your time independently and use initiative to prioritise tasks.
* Comfortable working with CRM systems or other customer tracking tools (training can be provided).

Pay: £21,125.00-£24,000.00 per year
