Pyramid8 is recruiting for a Project Co-ordinator to join an excellent organisation working in the retail design industry. They seek a highly organised and enthusiastic individual with excellent administration skills. You will provide comprehensive day-to-day support to ensure a high-quality experience for one of their key clients.
This is a brilliant opportunity for the right candidate to support a small, busy team in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. It is a new role, and we are looking for a highly motivated individual who can start quickly and adapt the role around the existing Project Managers. There is potential for progression to a Project Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle, including:
* Research & costing
* Material orders & managing external suppliers
* Dispatch administration (load lists, commercial invoices, centre bookings, delivery bookings)
* Liaise with factories, quality checking, and keep stakeholders (Senior PM / PM) informed
* Support installation processes (store surveys, fitters packs, RAMS documents, WhatsApp reporting, wrap-up decks)
* Manage accounts administration (raising POs, invoicing)
* Handle small projects independently with support from the managing PM

* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize conflicting deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
* Ability to follow procedures and processes accurately
* Proactive, independent work ethic, and initiative
* Confidence to suggest improvements and process enhancements
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
