Property Maintenance Assistant
Location: Scotland and Northern England (Based in Hamilton)
Hours: Full Time

Full Driving Licence Required
Park's Motor Group is seeking to appoint a Property Maintenance Assistant to join our Maintenance Department. Based in Hamilton however will be required to travel throughout Scotland and Northern England ensuring our extensive property portfolio is well-maintained and meets the high standards demanded by our management team and franchise partners.
The following is an overview of the role:
✔ Conduct property inspections and audits.
✔ Develop and implement maintenance strategies.
✔ Provide technical advice and recommendations.
✔ Issue clear and comprehensive instructions to maintenance operatives.
✔ Liaise with contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
✔ Liaise with Architects, Surveyors, Engineers.
✔ Monitor budgets and ensure compliance.
Requirements
✔Qualifications in a relevant field is preferred (e.g., building, surveying, engineering).
✔ Experience in property maintenance or asset management is preferred.
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills.
✔Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
✔ Trained and experienced in Health and Safety matters.
✔ Full driving Licence.
