Social Worker – Child Protection and Permanency
Liquid Personnel is currently seeking experienced social workers to join a Child Protection and Permanency team in the East Midlands. This role is suitable for qualified social workers seeking a new challenge within a stable local authority that offers a supportive management structure, manageable caseloads, and a good work-life balance, complemented by a GOOD Ofsted rating.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of Children in Care (CiC), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Need (CiN) cases.
* Prepare assessments, CiN reviews, and plans, as well as CP and Children Looked After (CLA) plans.
* Maintain accurate and current case records.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to team development.
* Prepare for case conferences, court proceedings, and meetings as required.
