Job Description
We're looking for Care Assistants that are:
* Kind and compassionate.
* Have access to reliable transport to support taking clients into the community.
* Have good communication skills and be reliable.
The role is varied and no day is the same, for example duties may include:
* Companionship - brighten someone's day with a chat.
* Assist with maintaining personal hygiene
* Meal preparation - healthy meal choices
* Medication support
* Picking up prescriptions, shopping, home help
* Accompanying clients to appointments or social events.
