Mploy have an opportunity for someone to join our well-established Andover office as a Recruitment Resourcer.
This is a key role within the branch, and it will require you to support our team in managing busy accounts, sourcing candidates for a wide range of temporary and permanent vacancies, meeting and registering candidates, preparing CV’s, dealing with a range of customers over the phone to help with enquiries, writing and posting job adverts……and so much more. You will also have regular administrative activities to assist with, so good IT and organisational skills are essential.
We welcome applications from people with office-based customer service or sales experience who have a proven ability to build good working relationships, can manage their time effectively and prioritise workloads. Previous recruitment experience would of course be an advantage.
The role will require occasional visits to the client sites, so a valid driving license and own transport would be a distinct advantage; parking and business mileage will be covered.
We are offering a starting salary of £26,500 per annum plus the chance to earn bonus based on branch performance; the core working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 am till 17:30 pm.
