Senior Consultant | Legal Headhunter - Private Practice at Montresor Legal
Montresor has an exclusive instruction to recruit a circa 4-6 PQE Private Equity M&A lawyer on behalf of a leading international law firm.
This is an established mid-market practice capturing a wide range of sponsors and includes growth equity mandates. The firm has invested significantly in private capital in London, including recent high-profile partner acquisitions, and aims to expand the team further.
This role exists because the team is performing well and is pursuing a strategy of careful growth, seeking an individual with long-term potential. There is a clear progression pathway due to a demonstrable gap at this level.
You will have the opportunity to help partners lead deals, provide guidance to juniors, and contribute to business development activities. The role can suit a PE specialist or someone with a mix of private equity, M&A, portfolio, secondaries, or ad-hoc matters.
The firm boasts a strong brand and maintains leading teams across all necessary practices to deliver a premium mid-market sponsor offering.
