What You’ll Be Doing Lead the Service & Parts Departments: Oversee FordStore and Transit Centre operations, ensuring volume and profit targets are smashed and standards remain sky-high. Elevate Customer Satisfaction: Maintain exceptional customer relationships and retention through expert advice, seamless workflow and proactive problem-solving. Grow and Empower Our Team: Inspire, motivate, and develop your team - delivering appraisals, support and regular communication. Drive Efficiency and Profitability: Manage budgets, workshop efficiencies, pricing strategies and cost control to hit all targets. Uphold Standards & Processes: Guarantee adherence to Ford and Busseys’ procedures, championing everything from complaint resolution to health & safety. Support Across Departments: Work closely with all other managers and departments for smooth dealership operations. Key Skills & Experience Proven leadership in aftersales management (Automotive/Ford experience a plus) Track record of delivering volume, profit and customer satisfaction targets Strong ability to coach, mentor and develop a team Excellent communication and organisational skills Commercial awareness and budget management experience Flexible, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, customer-centred environment What’s In It For You?
