Duties:
7. Collection and delivery of vehicles using a truck and trailer, ensuring all vehicles are secured and transported safely and in compliance with regulations
8. Completion of all relevant paperwork accurately and promptly
9. Conduct vehicle inspections for damage and tyre safety, preparing damage reports as necessary
10. Maintain systems and procedures in line with company standards and document all activities appropriately
11. Receive and provide receipts for collections when applicable
12. Collect and deliver small items or equipment as needed
13. Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management
Requirements:
14. Prior experience in a similar Transport Driver role
15. Valid UK driving licence with the ability and previous experience of trailered deliveries
16. Full, clean UK drivers licence with B+E entitlement to tow up to 3.5T
17. Ability to work to deadlines and targets
18. Flexible approach with working hours, including Saturdays when required
19. Strong teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude
20. Knowledge of vehicle safety checks and paperwork procedures
