iO Associates is seeking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer based in Brackley. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf-life products where hygiene standards are critical
Responsibilities:
Maintain high engineering standards and site hygiene.
Follow escalation procedures to reduce plant downtime through sound engineering practice.
Lead your team during breakdowns, using your skills and experience to restore operations quickly.
Carry out planned maintenance effectively and take prompt corrective action as needed.
Use the CMMS system to manage spare parts and log maintenance jobs.
Required:
3+ years of engineering experience in Food manufacturing environment.
BTEC, NVQ Level 3, HNC in a relevant engineering discipline.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills with process machinery or equivalent equipment.
Experience in GMP-regulated or Health & Safety regulations is a plus.
Competent with MS Word and Excel.
