An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based in the Bristol area has arisen!
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Static Electrical Supervisor to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across an industrial contract in the Bristol area. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and ideally live within the Bristol area but applications are welcome from all locations. You will be mainly based on 1 large site with occasional travel to 2 other sites in close proximity with travel paid for by the company.
Key duties & Responsibilities
1. Assist the Account Manager in the day-to-day running of the contract
2. Assist in the management of all maintenance staff on the contracts
3. Manage agreed KPI and SLA's alongside the Account Manager
4. Arrange specialist sub-contractors
5. Management of all reports/site log books (Working with the Account Manager)
6. Ensure all paperwork is up to date on each contract and ready for audits
7. Attend client meetings if required
8. Manage Engineering Team
9. Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
10. Emergency lighting tests
11. Control Panels
12. Changing Ballast
13. BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
14. Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
15. Maintain and update Log books
16. Water Treatment
Hours
1. Monday to Thursday - 7 am to 4 pm
2. Friday - 7 am to 1 pm
Package
1. Basic Salary of up to £45,000
2. 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
3. Pension
4. Full company uniform
Requirements
1. Recognised trade qualification - City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 & 3 – Electrical Engineering
2. City & Guilds - 18th Edition
3. Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
4. A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
5. Multi-skilled
6. Good communication skills
7. Client Facing
