Senior Manager, Technology, Insights & Analytics, located in multiple regions including New Brunswick, New Jersey; Raritan, New Jersey; Raynham, Massachusetts; West Chester, Pennsylvania; Warsaw, Indiana; Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; Cork, Ireland; Leeds, UK.
The role is available across multiple countries and may be posted under different requisition numbers to comply with local requirements.
This position will own the digital, data, and analytics strategy that enables effective decision‑making across global real estate, facilities management, and capital project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Data & Analytics Strategy
o Define and own the end‑to‑end analytics and insights strategy for WW Business Operations & Project Delivery.
o Establish a single source of truth across RE, FM, GS, and capital project data.
o Ensure analytics directly support executive, portfolio, and investment decisions.
* Digital Systems & Enablement
o Own the digital tools and systems roadmap supporting portfolio analytics, project performance, and governance.
o Partner with IT to enable system integration, automation, and data quality.
o Drive simplification and standardization of tools and reporting across regions.
* Portfolio Analytics & Insights
o Deliver actionable insights on portfolio performance, capital efficiency, project risk, cost, and schedule.
o Develop executive dashboards and forward‑looking analytics to support prioritization and trade‑offs.
o Incorporate external benchmarks and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
* People Leadership & Team Development
o Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of analytics and insights professionals.
o Establish best practices for analytics methodologies, insight generation, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
* Performance Management & Governance Support
o Enable performance tracking across capital projects and programs.
o Support governance forums with clear, fact‑based insights.
o Identify trends, risks, and systemic issues before they arise, including data quality, reporting integrity, and governance gaps.
* Stakeholder Partnership
o Partner closely with Strategic Project Management, Engineering Standards, Business Operations/Finance, Communications & Crisis Management.
o Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on data‑driven decision‑making.
Qualifications
* Education
o Bachelor’s degree required in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
o Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
* Experience & Skills
o 8–10 years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related technical roles.
o Demonstrated experience leading analytics or insights teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
o Strong expertise in analytics platforms, data visualization tools, and data management concepts.
o Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable analytics and technology solutions.
o Experience influencing senior stakeholders through data‑driven insights and storytelling.
o Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience supporting commercial, medical device, or healthcare businesses.
* Knowledge of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, automation, and emerging technologies.
* Experience working with large, global data environments and cross‑regional teams.
* Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements in a regulated industry.
* Prior experience driving digital or analytics transformation initiatives.

* Language: English required.
* Travel: Up to 10%, primarily domestic.
* Certifications: Analytics, data science, or technology certifications preferred but not required.
