NonStop's client, based in the North West, is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.
They are a well established fostering agency with a Good Ofsted rating. They are committed to providing an exceptional level of care, and as a registered manager, you will play a key role in changing the lives of children and young people.
Whether you are a Team Manager looking for a step up, or an experienced Registered Manager looking for a new challenge, they will support you into the role

Well-being support Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of Team Managers and Social Workers
Work closely with the Assistant Director, ensuring therapeutic practices and children's safeguarding at all times
Register with Ofsted for the North regionRequirements:
Social Work England registration
Experience in senior management roles
Team player with strong leadership skills
