Your role is:
Full time (Monday to Friday 12-7pm & Saturdays 9:30am-1:30pm)
A varied job role includes Teaching, Planning, Parent feedback & Customer service.
To supervise and manage the growth of the centre, following our in-house systems and processes.
To take enquiries and make bookings.
To conduct free trials and sign up new students.
To supervise the tutors during teaching sessions and to provide feedback to parents about the progress of individual children.
To manage a small team of tutors and assist with hiring and training new staff.
To undertake professional development including Ofsted training, First Aid training, Health and Safety Management and our in-house management training programme.
To assist in promotional and marketing responsibilities.
