My client is an established architectural practice seeking a motivated and experienced Architect to join their team and play a key role in delivering high-quality healthcare projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage projects across all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
* Produce detailed technical drawings and coordinate with consultants using Revit
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and planning policies
* Attend client meetings, site visits, and liaise with contractors and stakeholders
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery on time and on budget
* Contribute to the development of design proposals, presentations, and reports
Requirements:
* Fully qualified Architect with UK registration (ARB / RIBA)
* Demonstrable experience in running projects independently
* Proficiency in Revit is essential
* A strong portfolio showcasing healthcare sector projects (NHS or private)
* Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
