A leading seafood processing business in the North West is currently seeking an experienced Factory Manager (Nights) to oversee night shift operations at a busy and fast-paced production site.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hands-on individual with a background in food manufacturing to step into a pivotal leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production, ensuring food safety compliance, and driving performance across the night shift team.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of night shift production, ensuring smooth, efficient operations and achievement of output targets.

Manage staffing levels, team training, and day-to-day supervision of the shift team.

Ensure full compliance with HACCP protocols, food safety regulations, and internal quality standards.

Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.

Monitor stock flow, maintain order across production areas, and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.

Work closely with senior operational leadership to support wider business objectives.
Candidate Profile:

Strong leadership experience within a factory or food production environment, preferably in a chilled or high-care setting.

A sound understanding of HACCP and quality control systems.
