Due to a period of significant growth, they are looking to add to their support team to help meet the demand.
Responsibilities
* Repairing laptops
* Refurbishing of laptops
* Swapping of parts between devices when required
* Repairing laptop screens and keyboards
* Hardware support
Qualifications
Your key qualifications include experience in working with 3rd party vendors, including all matters within the IT laptop/desktop repair/refurbishment. You should always be looking for changes to improve the status quo, no matter how good it may be. A true team player who is happy to share knowledge and work together as a team, as well as a proven ability to lead and inspire the team to deliver on complex tasks. Excellent communication skills and professional presentation are essential. This position is only available to applicants who have immediate Right to Work in the UK and you will be required to provide evidence of such upon request.
