Are you an experienced Territory Sales Manager with large animal expertise, who is ready to take the next step in your career, in a position where your opinion really matters?
We are looking for a Senior Territory Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Wales and Central England, as the most senior sales professional on the team you will be part of the senior management team, serving as the voice of Sales.
You will be stepping into a thriving territory with an established customer base, alongside massive potential for new business development.
The Role:
* Build and develop strong relationships with veterinary practices, farm clients and key stakeholders across your territory
* Drive growth, manage accounts, and seek new business.
* Nurture and develop high-level relationships with major corporate accounts, writing comprehensive reports, and presenting strategic findings.
* Organise and attend farmer meetings, training sessions and industry events, helping to increase brand presence and customer engagement
* Work a mix of home/office-based and field-based days
* Become a valued representative of a company who's known for its family values, technical credibility and supportive culture
The Successful Candidate:
* Technical credibility within the Ruminant or Large Animal Sector
* Preferably from a Veterinary, Scientific or Agriculture background
* A proven sales track record in the animal health or agriculture industry
* Strong communication skills, comfortable writing reports, presenting data to corporate stakeholders, managing resistance, and delivering educational presentations.
