This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a recruitment background who enjoys building relationships, networking with candidates, and developing specialist market knowledge. You’ll work across a variety of roles within the sector, including: Fire & Security Engineers Commissioning Engineers Service & Maintenance Engineers Project Managers Sales & Business Development professionals Install Engineers Operations & Contracts Managers The Role As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll focus on sourcing, engaging, and managing high-quality candidates while supporting clients with key hires across the industry.
