We’re recruiting for a Rent & Service Charge Analyst to join a respected housing provider on a short-term basis. This is a key opportunity to contribute to the financial accuracy and service charge compliance of a well-run organisation. Contract Details: 8–12 week contract £35–£45 per hour (inside IR35) Hybrid working – 2 days minimum in-office (SE26) 35 hours per week Responsibilities: Manage rent and service charge calculations and reconciliation Analyse budgets, year-end actuals and provide audit support Liaise with external managing agents and internal teams Monitor sinking funds and compliance with lease/legislation Respond to service charge/rent queries and support complaints Train and advise other departments on rent and service charge processes Requirements: Strong analytical and Excel skills Experience in rent/service charge accounting (housing sector preferred) Excellent understanding of related legislation and lease requirements Ability to provide financial insight and work cross-functionally Apply now to join a values-driven organisation delivering affordable housing solutions across South East London.
