Role Overview:
* Location: New Malden, SW London (3 days in the office)

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Winning new mid‑market clients and expanding the organisation’s customer base
* Building strong relationships with existing accounts to uncover upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities
* Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and close
* Developing strategic account plans to maximise long‑term client value and revenue growth
* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they gain real value from the platform and solutions
* Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless client experience
* Maintaining a strong pipeline and accurate sales forecasts through CRM tools
Main Skills Needed:
* Around 4+ years’ experience in an Account Executive, Account Manager, or Business Development role within mid‑market B2B environments
* Background in SaaS sales, ideally within HR tech, talent assessment, or people analytics
* Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets
* Strong prospecting skills, including cold outreach and new business development
* Experience managing the full sales cycle and closing complex deals
* Ability to grow revenue within existing accounts through consultative upselling and cross‑selling
* Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or similar
* Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Comfortable using CRM platforms and sales tools to manage pipeline and reporting
* Highly organised, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
