As our Client Service Manager, youll take full ownership of your client portfolio, managing campaigns, activity, and service delivery end to end. Youll be the trusted partner clients rely on, ensuring solutions are fit for service, KPIs are exceeded, and opportunities for improvement and growth are always explored.
This is a role for someone who can spin multiple plates, push boundaries, and still deliver exceptional results with meticulous attention to detail.
WHAT YOULL BE UP TO
1. Client Partnership & Service Excellence. Act as a trusted ambassador and primary client contact, building strong relationships, providing clear updates, and consistently delivering on commitments
2. Commercial & Financial Management Manage budgets, track spend, and ensure all activity meets commercial targets while driving efficiency and value
3. Performance & KPI Ownership. Own KPIs and SLAs, monitoring performance, sharing best practice, and implementing creative solutions to drive success
