We currently have a rare opportunity for a temporary Finance Assistant to commence 3rd June'24 which could go temp to perm for the right candidate!
This position will be hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home a week.
Full Time hours Mon - Fri - 37 hrs a a week with flexible start and finish times too suit!
On a day to day basis you will be supporting the implementation of a new Purchase Ledger system as well as supporting the Finance Team with:
- Supporting the financial administration by raising purchase orders and sales invoices
- Processing supplier invoices
- Monthly payroll checking
- Bank Reconciliations
- Support the development of the accounting system
- Other adhoc tasks to support the Finance Team
We are seeking someone who has previous demonstrable skills of working in a finance environment, using spreadsheet applications and finance systems
Excellent communication and team player skills
£13.10 per hour + Holiday Pay
