This is a rare opportunity to join a stable and supportive environment where all leads are provided, sourced from a loyal client base and an active, high-performing estate agency team. You'll be delivering whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to both new and existing clients, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and long-term service.
What you'll be doing:
* Developing warm leads provided through the estate agency and client referrals
* Guiding customers through the full mortgage and protection journey with expert, tailored advice
* Advising across a Whole of Market panel of lenders and insurers
* Ensuring a smooth, compliant, and customer-focused process from enquiry to completion
* Managing and supporting your dedicated Mortgage Administrator, including performance reviews
* Staying up to date with market changes, products, and regulations to maintain a high standard of advice
What we're looking for:
* CeMAP qualified with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a Mortgage Adviser role
* Confident and approachable, able to engage with clients from all walks of life
* Solid understanding of mortgage and protection products
* Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and in-house CRM systems
