About The Role: Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager
Calling all recent graduates in engineering, project management, or technical disciplines – this is your opportunity to kick-start your career in a role that offers real responsibility, mentorship, and growth.
Working within a dynamic team, you’ll be coordinating the delivery of complex machinery installations for post-harvest vegetable processing. From initial concept to completion, you’ll learn how to lead projects, manage resources, and engage with clients—all while developing skills that will shape your future in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Delivery:
* Support senior project managers in planning and execution
* Assist with timelines, scopes, and stakeholder communications
* Learn to track progress and manage project resources
Innovation & Learning:
* Stay ahead of industry trends and new technologies
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
* Bring fresh insight to legacy systems
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Join client meetings and help capture project needs
* Build trust with internal teams, suppliers, and clients
* Receive coaching in leadership and delegation
Documentation & Process Support
* Contribute to clear documentation—plans, spreadsheets, diagrams
* Develop habits that support transparency and accountability
Your Profile
We’re especially keen to hear from you if you have:
* A degree or diploma in engineering, project management, or a related technical field
* Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and any project planning tools
* The ability to stay organised, focused, and flexible
Desirable but not essential:
* Awareness of food processing or agricultural machinery
* Interest in pursuing project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2)
