No two days will be the same, and you will work closely with key internal stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and deliver exceptional service.Your Role – Client Account ManagerIn this role, you will be responsible for:Client Relationship Management
1. Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships
2. Acting as the main point of contact for key accounts
3. Understanding client needs and aligning solutions to meet their objectives
4. Ensuring a seamless, positive customer journey from end to end
Strategic Planning & Delivery
5. Translating business strategy into clear, prioritised, and achievable plans
6. Making informed trade‑off decisions when time, budget or capacity constraints arise
7. Challenging activity that is misaligned with agreed strategy or unlikely to deliver meaningful value
8. Supporting long-term account growth through proactive planning andmunication
Event & Sponsorship Coordination
9. Planning and managing major events, sponsorships, and client engagements
10. Ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard and in line with strategic objectives
Performance & Analytics
11. Demonstrating a strong analytical mindset focused on performance, pipeline influence and ROI
12. Reviewing data to provide insight, rmendations, and actions to improve oues
13. Monitoring account activity and identifying opportunities for growth or optimisation
About YouOur client is seeking an experienced Client Account Manager who can demonstrate:
14. Strong written and verbalmunication skills
15. Confidence presenting insight and rmendations clearly to senior stakeholders
16. Professional credibility and sound judgment, aligned to a corporate client environment
17. The ability to build trust, influence decisions and foster long-term client partnerships
18. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
19. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
