£45,000-£50,000 (OTE 80,000-85,000) + Company Car + Fuel Card + 30 Days Holiday + Career Progression + Manufacturer Training
Advance to lead a high-performing dealership sales team, drive vehicle sales, customer satisfaction, and finance penetration. Provide coaching, performance management, and hands‑on leadership while maintaining strong relationships with manufacturer partners and meeting dealership targets.
The Role
* Lead, coach and develop a dealership sales team
* Drive vehicle sales, finance penetration and profitability
* Monitor team performance against sales targets and KPIs
* Support customer enquiries and assist with deal structuring
* Maintain strong manufacturer and stakeholder relationships
* Oversee part exchange valuations and stock management
* Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and CSI performance
* Support recruitment, onboarding and development of sales staff
The Person
* Previous automotive sales management experience
* Strong understanding of dealership sales processes
* Experience managing KPIs, profitability and team performance
* Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
* Experience working with volume or prestige vehicle brands
* Full UK Driving Licence
