Aman Solicitors are looking for a confident, friendly receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be a team player and proactive in problem solving. They will also have had experience working on a busy professional services reception.
You will be:
* Answering and forwarding phone calls, assisting with enquiries whenever necessary.
* Completing administrative tasks, such as organising files and delivering and accepting mail.
* Organising, tidying and maintaining the reception area.
* Greeting and signing in clients and visitors.
* Scheduling appointments and meeting times, setting up meeting rooms.
* Representing the business with a friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.
