Teaching Personnel is supporting a network of friendly, well-resourced Primary schools in Plymouth with reliable, adaptable Supply Teachers to cover planned and unplanned staff absence. This is perfect if you want flexibility, variety, and strong support—without planning or long-term commitments unless you want them.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS/KS1/KS2 (plans often provided)
* Adapt quickly to different classroom routines and school policies
* Provide effective behaviour management and a safe, inclusive learning environment
* Mark basic work where required and maintain high standards of classroom practice

* QTS (or equivalent) with recent UK classroom experience in Primary
* Strong behaviour management and curriculum knowledge
* Positive, proactive approach and excellent communication
* Right to work in the UK and ability to travel to schools in Plymouth

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
