Responsibilities:
As a Home-Based Travel Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
* Researching and planning customized travel itineraries based on client interests, needs, and budgets
* Booking flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services with trusted suppliers
* Providing excellent customer service and timely follow-up throughout the booking and travel experience
* Marketing your travel services via social media, networking, and referrals to attract and retain clients
* Creating and sending accurate travel quotes
* Organising and managing paperwork and travel documentation
* Staying up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and supplier promotions
* Building and managing your own client base to drive repeat and referral business
