We are now looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager (North) to drive growth, strengthen relationships, and elevate our presence across the Midlands and Northern territories.

🎯 Your Role
* Manage and grow existing ethnic retail accounts, ensuring Taj remains the preferred brand
* Drive distribution, availability, and visibility across our frozen, world foods, and halal portfolio
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across the North & Midlands
* Conduct regular store visits focusing on performance, merchandising, and category standards
* Build strong relationships with retailers as the face of Taj Foods in your region
* Deliver territory targets and provide insight-led feedback to support ongoing growth
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Proven FMCG sales experience within Frozen, World Foods, and/or Halal categories
* Strong understanding of the ethnic and halal retail landscape
* Track record of growing accounts and winning new business
* Commercially driven, organised, and confident working independently
* Midlands / East Midlands based preferred
* Immediate start available
