Team Leader – Children’s Homes
£39,680 - £46,944 (assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep-ins per month)
Overview
Working in our Children’s Homes means being part of the day-to-day life of young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. The role enables you to support them through highs and lows, creating pathways to becoming well‑rounded adults. The position is rewarding and involves many small victories.
Responsibilities
* Take care of the daily needs and wellbeing of young people.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the home, maintaining high standards.
* Support and lead the staff team, providing coaching and encouragement.
* Step up to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers as required.
* Build and maintain relationships with young people, fostering a caring environment.
* Deliver leadership that inspires and supports colleagues.

* Base salary of £35,400 - £42,664 (annual).

Qualifications

* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
* Level 3 Children’s Residential Care qualification.
