Reward Operations Officer
As our Reward Operations Officer, you’ll play a central role in delivering high‑quality reward activity across Cadent. This isn’t just about processing data or answering queries – it’s about ensuring our reward processes are accurate, well‑governed and provide a positive experience for colleagues, managers and HR partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Pay & Bonus Delivery – Support the end‑to‑end delivery of annual pay review and bonus processes, ensuring accuracy, governance and timely completion.
* Recognition Management – Own the monthly Cadent Congratulates recognition process, coordinating panels, communications and insight reporting.
* Query Resolution – Act as a key escalation point for reward‑related queries, providing clear guidance and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
* Benefits & Supplier Management – Support flexible benefits activity, manage supplier invoicing and ensure accurate reconciliation and budget oversight.
* Data & Insight – Prepare, validate and analyse reward data, producing insights to support sound decision‑making.
* Job Evaluation Support – Coordinate preparation, documentation and governance for job evaluation panels.
* Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Communications and external suppliers to deliver consistent reward outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Reward or Analytical Experience – Experience supporting reward, compensation or benefits activity within a complex organisation.
* Strong Numerical Skills – Advanced Excel capability with confidence interpreting, validating and presenting data.
* Process & Governance Focus – High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, compliance and consistency.
* Stakeholder Confidence – Ability to engage with HR partners and managers, confidently explaining reward processes and outcomes.
* Problem‑Solving Mindset – Comfortable investigating issues, challenging assumptions and driving improvements.
* Supplier Interaction – Experience working with external providers and managing supplier processes (desirable).
* Continuous Improvement Approach – Interest in refining processes and enhancing the reward experience.
