The Role: Parts Sales Advisor
This is a dynamic, customer‑focused position where telesales and relationship building are central. You’ll be the go‑to expert for customers seeking parts, advice, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers in Dutch
Handling orders, reservations, invoicing, and payments
Managing after‑sales queries and supporting the service team
Preparing estimates when required
Prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining customer accounts
Answering enquiries via phone, email, and face‑to‑face
Assisting with inventory checks
Maintaining strong relationships with workshops and service advisors
Making outbound calls and engaging in cold acquisition
Occasionally attending car shows or business trips to meet clients
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry
Strong technical understanding of vehicle operation
A friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills
Great organisational abilities and a proactive attitude
A clean, valid driver’s licence
A passion for building long‑term customer relationships

€36,000–€42,000 per year (Netherlands salary) OR £28,571 - £35,802 (UK salary)
