Job Description
3. Conduct thorough audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
4. Identify and report on areas of risk and recommend actionable solutions.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
6. Review financial records and transactions for accuracy and completeness.
7. Collaborate with teams to understand and assess operational processes.
8. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
9. Assist in the development and improvement of internal audit procedures.
10. Support the implementation of recommended changes to enhance efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Internal Auditor should have:
11. Ideally qualified within accountancy or audit
12. Experience within internal audit or risk assurance
13. Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and processes.
14. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
15. Effective communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
16. Proficiency in audit methodologies and tools.
17. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
