About Our Client

Job Description
3. Financial Reporting: Oversee preparation of accurate Group monthly, yearly and on request management
4. reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and ad hoc reports).
5. Budgeting: monitor Group annual budgets and variances.
6. Internal Controls: implement and maintain robust internal accounting controls, policies, and procedures, to
7. ensure compliance with Group's accounting standards.
8. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
9. Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and Group procedures.
10. Accounting reconciliation: provide accurate and duly reconciled accounting and management report
11. (monthly or on request).
12. Operations: Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including but not limited to accounts payable, receivable, fixed assets and payroll.
13. Procedures: to manage, optimise and develop accounting procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
14. A strong background in accounting and finance principles.
15. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
16. ACCA / ACCA or relevant certification and significant experience.
17. Understanding of IFRS, accounting principles, and financial management.
18. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
19. Proficiency with financial softwares, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, power points and reporting tools.
20. High flexibility with workload, deadlines, ability to prioritise with a proactive approach.
21. Available to travel (Intercompany, etc)
